We charge a $110 fee if you need a plumber to attend your property, assess the issue and provide a quote for the works required.
Payment is made to your plumber upon completion of work. We accept credit card and cash payments. If paying by credit card, the bank charges a small transaction surcharge.
Our Ipswich plumbers do not carry change for safety reasons. If paying by cash, please have the exact amount ready, or discuss the payment with your plumber if you require change.
Pricing for emergency plumbing work is the same as our regular business hours. However, our emergency plumbing services will attract an after-hours fee that is charged by the on-call plumber before they attend your property.
