We charge a $55 fee if you need a plumber to attend your property, assess the issue and provide a quote for the works required. If you choose to proceed with the work, the $55 fee is waived, so you won’t end up paying a call out fee!
Please note that we only waive the $55 fee during normal business hours. Our Ipswich emergency plumbing services will include an after-hours call out fee.
Payment is made to your plumber upon completion of works. We accept credit card and cash payments. If paying by credit card, the bank charges a small transaction surcharge.
Our plumbers do not carry change for safety reasons. If paying by cash, please have the exact amount ready, or discuss the payment with your plumber if you require change.
Pricing for emergency plumbing work is the same as our regular business hours. However, our emergency plumbing services will attract an after-hours fee that is charged by the on-call plumber before they attend your property.
The service fee covers the overtime payments made to our employees. Once our plumber has assessed the issue, they will provide an upfront quote for the work required. Contact our on-call plumber to find out the after-hours fee for your area.

- Call ahead to let you know they are on their way
- Arrive in a vehicle with a range of equipment and materials to solve all your plumbing problems
- Be in a clean and tidy uniform
- Enter your home or business wearing boot covers to protect your floors
- Offer a complimentary plumbing inspection to save you from further problems
- Provide upfront, transparent pricing
- Use Tidy Tradie mats to protect surfaces they will be working on
- Vacuum the area and leave it clean
